What're the folk recipes for skin whitening

(1) Mix tomato with honey for whitening: applying the mixture to face and hands, especially to face with acne, can remove grease effectively, protect against infection and whiten the skin.

How to prevent chronic diseases

(1) Have a regular examination. How to prevent rhinitis

Tuina Therapy for menopausal syndrome

The principle of Tuina therapy is regulating qi, activating blood and regulating Yin and Yang.
(1) The patient sits. And the doctor stands behind the patient, supports the patients’shoulder with one han, and pushes and scrubs with the palm of the other hand obliquely from the superior part of the chest along the middle apart of the two braests downward for 1-3 minutes.

(2) Digitally-press Danzhong (CV17) for one minute.

(3) Palm-twist and rub the hypochondriac regions with both hands for 3-5 minutes.

(4) Press-knead Shenshu (BL23) and Mingmen (GC4) first with a finger for one minute each, and then scrub this area horizontally with a palm until a hot sensation is attained.

(5) Press-knead Ganshu (BL 18) and Sanjiaoshu (BL22) for one minute each.

(6) The patient lies in supine positino, and the doctor pinches and grasps the medial muscles of the thigh 5-10 times, and then pushes and scrubs the medial and the lateral aspects of the four limbs until a hot sensation is attained.

(7) Digitally-press Waiguan (TE5)Quchi (LI 11)Zusanli (ST 36) and Sanyinjiao (SP6) for one minute respectively.

Modified manipulations with syndrome differentiation
(1) For patents with restlessness and insomnia in this case, besides the basic manipulations, digitally-press Shenmen (HT 7) and Xinshu (BL15) for 1.-3 minutes respectively, and palm-twist and scrub Yongquan(KI 1) for 3-5 minutes
(2) For patients with skin itching in this case, in addition to the basic manipulations, digitally-press Xuehai (SP 10)and Baichongwo(1cun above Xuehai) for 1-3 munites respectively.

Functional exercise for orchitis

(1) Rub Yongquan (KI 1): Sit with legs crossed together, rub two hands until they are hot, then hold the surface of the foot with both hot hands, rub with force from the roots of toes, along with the line from the ankle joint to Sanyinjiao (SP6) for 20-30 times, then rub Yongquan (KI 1) by the right hand and left hand respectively with uniform speed.

(2) Jingleng method is the ideal way to exercise testicle. Jingleng method has been passed down since ancient times and is widely recognized as the most effective way to treat this disease. The testicle must move under the low temperature. Patients should let the scrotum contracts the outside air for three times a day, at the same time, massage the testicle by hands to promote blood circulation.
